What is Muniz Manifest?

Muniz Manifest is a warehouse manifest validation platform. It helps teams verify that scanned parcels match expected shipments before dispatch.

The operational problem

On busy scanning days, warehouses need to confirm that every parcel scanned on the floor matches the expected shipment before dispatch. Manual checks, paper lists and disconnected spreadsheets create errors, missed items and costly rework. Muniz Manifest replaces that with a controlled, auditable validation workflow from import through scan to verified export.

Operators scan on the floor using handheld devices. Office staff import expected data, manage sessions, review exceptions and export verified manifests. Built on the Muniz-Tech Platform.

Barcode and label validation

Capture and validate parcel and shipment barcodes against expected data. Supports carrier-specific track formats and handheld scanner workflows on the warehouse floor.

Carrier sessions

Group scanning activity into carrier sessions with a clear start, progress tracking and finish. Sessions give supervisors visibility into floor activity in real time.

Scanner workflow

Touch-optimised workflow for Zebra TC21 and TC22 Android devices. Operators open sessions, scan parcels and close sessions without leaving the floor workflow. Use the Muniz Mobile Android app or the web scanner interface.

Exception handling and supervisor approval

Flag missing, duplicate or unexpected scans for supervisor review before dispatch. Exceptions are visible in the office view for resolution, not silently ignored.

Manifest imports and exports

Import expected shipment data before scanning begins. Export verified manifests and validation summaries. CSV and PDF export where applicable for operational records and downstream systems.
